Booking System

Our new booking system is now live and can be accessed from our website.  Members should have received an email with login details - if you haven't or would like support using the system please message info@surbitonmethodisttennis.org.  All courts can now be booked through the new system. You must make a booking if you are using the floodlights or bringing a guest.At all other times, booking is optional but strongly encouraged. If someone has already booked a court, their booking will take priority. Using the system whenever you play will also help us understand when the courts are busiest and make better-informed decisions about their use.

 

Sunday Morning Play

Great news!  Effective immediately, all courts will be open for use by members and coaches on Sunday mornings.  This arrangement will be reviewed in February 2027 from both the club’s and the Church Council’s perspective.  Please make use of this much welcomed new arrangement.

 

Tennis Marathon in loving memory of Fi Conibear

The ‘Tennis Marathon’ on bank holiday Monday in memory of Fi was a great success and raised just over £4000 (over £5000 if you include the tax refund). A total of 34 players took part and we received over 120 donations.  

 

Tony and the family offer their heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part in whatever way, whether playing, donating or simply coming along to support.  Tony also thanked the club for holding the event.

Survey 2026

Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey.  We received 41 responses to the members survey which was similar to the number of responses to the to the survey undertaken in Autumn 2022. You can find a summary of the survey results here.  Both the New Members' Working Group and the Committee will be looking through the survey results and taking action where possible.  If you have any questions about the survey and/or the results, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Committee.
