About the club

Surbiton Methodist Tennis Club is a small, friendly volunteer-run club with a real community feel. We have 6 all-weather courts, two which are flood-lit, a pavilion and attractive grounds. We keep our subscriptions low by running on a “self-help” basis, and members are expected to assist with grounds and court maintenance, cleaning and catering for Saturday teas.
The club is very sociable and welcomes players of all standards. Although the club is owned by Surbiton Hill Methodist Church, and would be pleased to see you there, you do not need to be a member of the church to join the club.
We have regular club sessions throughout the year, individual and group coaching, competitions and a junior programme as well.

We currently offer the following free MIX-IN SESSIONS:
-
Tuesday from 7.00pm- in the autumn and winter play takes place on the two floodlit courts and people normally say on the Tuesday Evening What's App group if they intend to play to give an idea of numbers
-
Wednesday 9.30 – 11.30am
-
Thursday 9.30 – 11.00am
-
Saturday 1.30 – 5.00pm with refreshments
